A. General Access to the Site — We do not currently require you to provide Personal Information to access general information available on our Site.

B. Software and App Downloads — We may let you download certain apps, modules, or trial software from the Site free of charge. To do so, you may first be asked to provide certain Personal Information — for example your name, email address, phone number, job title, company name, country, industry, and company size.

C. Purchases — If you purchase a product or service from us, we require sufficient information to complete the transaction, which may include payment details, billing information, invoice-related data, and other information needed to process the order. D. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies — Some pages of the Site use "cookies" and similar tracking technologies to collect information about Site activity, and some may recall Personal Information you previously provided. E. F. Newsletters — When you sign up or contact us through the Site, we collect your name and email address, along with the time and date of submission. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we add your name and email to our mailing list, administered through TIE Apps' internal systems. Every newsletter includes a quick unsubscribe link in its footer. After you unsubscribe, your details remain on our list of past recipients so that we don't accidentally re-add you. If you'd like your details permanently removed instead, please contact us and we will action your request.

Plugin Activation and License Verification — When you activate a product or plugin purchased through a third-party marketplace (such as Envato Market or CodeCanyon), we may automatically collect and store relevant purchase information such as your license key, email address, marketplace of purchase, and related metadata. This data is processed to verify your license, provide ongoing support, enforce licensing terms, and maintain security. Your email address is not used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

H.
